Acceptance of Terms
By registering for any director training focused on board dynamics, risk oversight, and performance reviews, accessing digital content, or purchasing goods from boardpulse.pro, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Our services consist of live and on-demand training sessions designed for corporate boards and executives.
1.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule a live session must be made at least 7 days in advance. All changes are subject to availability.
1.2 Service Fees and Refunds
Cancellations submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment source.
1.3 No-Refund Services
On-demand training modules are available immediately upon registration and therefore are not eligible for refunds due to instant access.
2. Information Products
Information products include e-books, digital workbooks, and recorded webinars.
2.1 Access and Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
2.2 Refund Policy
Requests for refunds of digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
3. Goods
Physical materials such as printed manuals and branded items are available for purchase.
3.1 Returns and Refunds
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 10 days of receipt.
3.2 Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
